Located some distance away from the busy tourist area (las ramblas) but within walking distance to plenty of local bars and shops and the lovely Gracia area. It felt safe on the streets with a lovely friendly atmosphere. The room was really quiet at night despite being on the street side and the aircon was really efficient. The roof terrace pool area was perfect for relaxing and catching a few days at the end of the afternoon.

I had a fantastic experience with the front desk staff during both check-in and check-out. They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond by upgrading me to a spacious king-size bed room. Their helpfulness made me feel welcome right from the start. The room itself was spotless and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the fresh linens to the well-maintained furnishings. It truly felt like a comfortable and inviting space to relax in. The hotel is situated in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The serene atmosphere and minimal noise added to the overall tranquility of my stay. It was a pleasure to be in such a serene environment.

The staff at reception where lovely and super helpful. The hotel was spotless and the room was a really nice size! we upgraded our room to a city view and it wasn't quite 'city' but it over looked peoples apartments which just loved as their way of living is so different to mine! the room was cleaned and the bed was made fresh everyday without even asking, the first time it happened was such a pleasant surprise! We also paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was incredible. it had lots of choice and saved us a lot of money as we didn't need to eat until later in the day. It was a great location with bus stops being very nearby and it wasnt even that far a walk into the main shopping but or a little bit further was the Sagrada! I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE I know and I will certainly be coming back again soon. OH I can't forget about the rooftop pool and hottub!!! The hottub is hidden around a corner so feels nice and private if people are on the roof relaxing. We didn't go in the pool as it was too cold but it was a good size and plenty of free towels to grab when needed. I just loved this hotel and loved Barcelona!!!

The most helpful and professional hotel staff I've met in Spain. While the rooftop swimming pool isn't heated so was a bit chilly in December, the hot tub was a godsend. As there was space, we were upgraded to a larger room on arrival; comfy and relaxing with everything you'd need for a short stay. The neighbourhood is lovely with plenty of places to eat and drink right outside or nearby. My only regret is that we didn't have time to make use of the free bike rental. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Barcelona again!

The hotel had nice common spaces, was clean and the lifts worked well. The room was pretty, had all the necessary commodities and a decent size, though it wasn't huge. The bathroom was very nice and modern, but it had an issue with the shower and the water overflowing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the food was average and it had enough variety. The location was very good, near transports and at a good walking distance of the center. The hotel stored our luggage free of charge.
